MARRIAGE AND ANNULMENT

The Sacrament of Marriage is a covenant by which a man and a woman establish in the presence of God and His Church a lifetime partnership, which by nature is ordered for the good of the spouses and the procreation of children. Annulment Papers

I have fallen in love with a Filipino woman. We have talked lightly about
marriage. I have heard mixed things about my question. My question is
this. Do Catholic priests have to recognize an annullment issued in the
Church in the US. I was previously married 4 years ago when I was 24. I
have strong feelings that they do. Any thoughts and suggestions would be
greatly appreciated.

Genealogy

can u marry your the grandson of ur uncle? ur first cousin once removed? my mother
believes he's my nephew but my brothers only 10yrs old and thats impossible. im only
his aunt if his father is my brother. i looked online at genealogy and hes my first
cousin once removed for sure

Wedding Attendant

Who can be an attendant at a Catholic wedding and can a Catholic be an
attendant at a non-catholic wedding? Thank you and I look forward to
hearing from you.

A Little Confused

I read all the info on annulment and I am still a little confused. My husband was married in a non Catholic church by his ex-wife's pastor. We were married by the justice of the peace. What is needed for us to get married in the Catholic Church? Both of us were raised Catholic and my husband's first marriage was never recognized by the Catholic Church. Any info you could give me would be great. Thanks!
