MARRIAGE AND ANNULMENT

The Sacrament of Marriage is a covenant by which a man and a woman establish in the presence of God and His Church a lifetime partnership, which by nature is ordered for the good of the spouses and the procreation of children. Disregarding the Immigration Requirements

I am a 22 year old Filipina, getting married to a 27 year old American here in Bacolod City. I would like to know the different requirements we need in order to be married in the Catholic church disregarding the immigration requirements (which we already have). Are their any classes that we need to attend to like in the states?

Thank you very much. I am looking forward to getting a response from you regarding this matter. God bless you!!

you'd probably have to contact the parish that you intend to reside in and arrange to attend their marriage preparation course. These are usually anywhere between 2 and 6 weeks long and can be very useful just in information about how to be good at being a spouse.
